The product must have a pH below 4.30 and be hot-fill capable.
Minimum jar opening: 28mm
Except for foodservice, jars must be glass, and round.
Most products go through a cooling tunnel, reducing temperature by about 100 degrees.
Additional cooling occurs before final packaging, bringing the product to room temperature.
