Production requirements

  • The product must have a pH below 4.30 and be hot-fill capable.
  • Minimum jar opening: 28mm
  • Except for foodservice, jars must be glass, and round.
  • Most products go through a cooling tunnel, reducing temperature by about 100 degrees.
  • Additional cooling occurs before final packaging, bringing the product to room temperature.

Minimums

  • Our minimum is 1,00-1,500 gallons per flavor & package size.
    • Smaller runs may be available for a higher cost.
  • Discounts available for doing larger runs.
  • Please ask for a custom quote.

  • Glass jars (4oz to 32oz)
    • Lug or CT lids
  • Plastic jugs (1 gallon)
    • Induction-seal lids
  • Plastic pails (3.5 gal, 5 gal)
    • Gasketed lids
  • Pouching (sachets)
    • Currently 1.5oz (about 2.75” wide x 4.5” tall)
    • Minimum 35,000 pouches; discounts for higher quantities available
  • Retail plastic containers are in development, but not currently available
  • Custom packaging sourcing available
